We are a small family company based out of El Paso, Texas that specializes in Lease Purchase/ Rent-To-Own options for both buyers and sellers. We focus on purchasing homes via Lease Purchase, Owner Financing, and other non-conventional methods. We assist buyers with a plan to gain the time they need for credit repair, mortgage qualifying, seasoning, or building up a down payment. We help families accomplish their dream of home ownership as well as partner with sellers that receive full market value for their homes.

A Little about our family :

The name, Wind and Rain Homebuyers, LLC is actually a combination of our children's names (Wa-Koami-Wind and Nahlur-Rain). These are Native American names derived from the Tigua language. Our daughter is a dancer and a distance runner. She enjoys dancing tap, ballet, jazz, and hip-hop. Our son excels in distance running and is currently deciding which university to attend this coming fall.

Josie has served elementary school children as a public school teacher and librarian for over 18 years. She is also the author of children's book, Just a Mask. Al has been employed as an electrical and computer engineer for over 19 years.
